Hello there. I’m an illustrator, storyteller and book cover designer. I’m drawn to work that carries meaning that is beyond the obvious, the literary, or the intellectual. I want my images to tell layered, complex stories. I like bending and breaking rules and taking risks with design. I love to use hot pink in uncanny ways, but unfortunately, the industry doesn’t always support such decisions!
I graduated from the 'MFA Illustration as Visual Essay' Program at the School of Visual Arts, New York City, in 2014. I spent most of 2017 and 2018 backpacking all over the world on a shoestring budget, and taking in many amazing experiences.
